I am available for in-person and online appointments during the day and in the evening.

 

I have sliding scale fee agreements available for those without insurance coverage. Otherwise, my hourly fee is $150 per session. I am an in-network provider with Regence, Premera and Aetna.  

 

My office is located in Fremont.
